MidnightPark was founded in an effort to bring quality products to you at a
low price. As avid sword and knife collectors, our primary objective is to offer
you quality swords and knives at affordable prices, but we've added many other
fine items and super values that we think you'll find to your liking.

Our Policies
Ordering Information:
To place your order online, simply click on the "Add to Shopping Cart"
link. (No sales tax for residents outside of Massachusetts.) Orders received
by 12noon EST are usually processed the same day. Please allow 10 to 14 business
days for shipment of your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and PayPal.
All orders are prepaid. Payment in full must be received before
your order will be processed. There will be no exceptions.
For your protection, all online credit card and PayPal information will be transmitted
only through secure web sites and secure servers.
If you have selected to pay for your order online, will be redirected at the
conclusion of your shopping cart checkout directly to CardServices International
secure web site for the processing of you credit card order or to PayPal's secure
transaction processing center.
Orders
by Mail:
As previously noted, all orders are prepaid. When selecting "mail
payment" as an option at checkout, you must print a copy of the invoice
and send it to us along with your check or money order made payable to "MidnightPark".
We will not mail you an invoice for your order. Mail payment orders will be
held for processing until payment has been received and funds collected by our
bank. If we have not received your check or money order within 14 days of the
date you place the order on our website, the order will be void and you will
have to re-order. Checks returned to us unpaid by our bank, for any reason,
will incur a $20.00 handling fee in addition to any and all fees charged by
our bank.
Damaged
Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If
any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.
If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing
materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage
so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage
caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, you must contact our customer
service department at customerservice@midnightpark.com for instructions. Do
not return Items to us without obtaining full instructions first. If an item
is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a
Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number written clearly on the box.
Merchandise Return Policy:
Authorization for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.
For questions about returning merchandise email our customer service department
at customerservice@midnightpark.com. The return of non-defective merchandise,
when authorized, may incur a 20% re-stocking fee at our discretion. No packages
will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the
box.
If a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or
with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return
merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received
and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of
payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving
your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return
is a result of our error.
Please note the following terms and conditions
that you accept when ordering from us:
1. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for
the laws in your area.
2. By purchasing knives from MidnightPark the buyer indicates that he/she is
18 years of age or older. Buyer further accepts responsibility for complying
with any and all local laws, regulations and restrictions. Buyers further accept
the risks and hold blameless both the seller and manufacturer for any injury
or damage caused by use, misuse, purchase or sale.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct
typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all
information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Errors and omissions occasionally
occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this
may cause.
4. The retail prices shown are reference retail prices. A reference retail price
is the full retail price of the same or similar merchandise offered by department
stores, specialty shops and other non-discount sellers; or our suggested retail
replacement cost at open stock prices. No representation is hereby made that
substantial sales are or will be made at the reference retail price. The reference
retail price prices are determined at the time the product was loaded onto the
site and may be changed without notice. Reference retails are not necessarily
our present or former prices and are used to assist you in comparative shopping.
We suggest that you compare our prices with those offered by others. We believe
our superior quality and service makes our products the best buy every time.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or
returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or
consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping
your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost
of any item you purchase from us.
Shipping Charges
We ship via the United States Postal Service. Continental U.S. Shipping will
ship U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
International orders will ship U.S.P.S. Parcel
Post.
Shipping options will be displayed within your shopping cart upon checkout.
Shipping and handling fees will be determined and charged according to the option
you select at checkout.
Some items will incur additional additional handling and/or shipping charges. These may include oversize items and International shipments.
Upon
receipt of your order, our sales department will contact you to obtain payment
authorization and processing information for any additional shipping and handling
charges prior to processing your order.
